Our Quality Promise

We inspect every print before it ships. If something isn't right when it arrives, we'll fix it — replacement or refund, your choice when eligible.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Printing defects or major color issues
  • Wrong item, size, or design received
  • Missing items from your order

Not Eligible for Return

  • Incorrect size ordered — please use our Size Guide
  • Change-of-mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
  • Minor color variation within normal print tolerance — see Print & Color Disclaimer
